RE: PROGRESS ON RIVER RIDGE ESTATES

We have had such a busy summer, with the super hot weather in July, then the cool rainy August. Things are finally coming together.

The construction on the subdivision is just about complete:

• The roads are built
• Grading of the ditches has just a few days left
• Graveling of the roads, driveways are being worked on as we speak
• Lot surveying is being done
• We have picked a ton or two of rock
• We have planted about 200 spruce trees
• We have started on our recreational lot, with an enormous water fall
• We will be seeding all the ditches with grass seed this week
• The Entrance gate will feature a full size elk statue on a rock platform

We will be going in for registration, with anticipation of getting the lots registered within four to six weeks time

So exciting times, you should take possession of your lots before Christmas.

We have arranged financing with Nick Peat at the Alberta Treasury Branch in Wetaskiwin for those who are interested. For more information contact Rick or your sales representative to get your preferred ATB customer package.
